| Abstract: | According to statistics, more than 90, 000 enterprises have concluded contacts to absorb foreign capitals, over 40000 opened, which generally speaking, has received an obvious positive effect, but still some neglectfulness bad results exist. Some foreign traders, for instance, put stock on technology, equipment, and pricing of industrial property rights. And capitals are highly controlled by foreign traders, who also hold the responsibility for purchasing and selling products, which results in the profits losses of China. |
