| Abstract: | Two kinds of indicators should be considered when the optimal technology-introducing plan is going to be chosen. One is efficiency which can be classified into economic, sci-tech, social and environmental efficiency. The other is coefficient of efficiency which can be classified into the environmental factors of enterprises, sci-tech, economy, nature and society as well as the features of technology itself. |
