| Abstract: | According to statistics, from Jan. to April, 1995, China's total import volume amounted to USD 34.136 billion, up 14.5% over the same period last year. Among it , the total import volume of mechanical and electrical products was USD 15.159 billion, down 2.1%; edible vegetable oil USD 0.873 billion, up 350.5%; steel plate USD 0.969 billion, down 6.4%; raw cotton USD 0.552 billion, up 2934.4%; urea USD 0.319 billion, up 282.1%. |
