| Abstract: | The tariff reform this year, is comprehensive in scope and focuses on tariff rate reduction and also includes many support measures to be taken. Tariff has made little impact on total import volume while more impact on import structure. It's a good news to the general import trade as it acts effectively to stop any violation of law such as smuggling under the pretense of processing trade. This tariff reform will give more concession to resources products and the import of technical products will grow steadily. The foreign-funded enterprises will gradually be able to enjoy the national treatment and the import is tending towards being normal. |
