| Abstract: | China's new technology-introducing strategy should center on really digesting and absorbing foreign advanced technology to be introduced and going on innovating on that basis. It means that the focus of introducing technology will be put on realizing two fundamental shifts. The first one is to shift from mainly introducing hardware technology to key technology. The second one is to shift from putting more funds on the introduction of technology to on the matters concerning digesting and absorbing really foreign advanced technology in terms of the allocation of funds for technology-introducing. |
