| Abstract: | The analysis of training needs is probably one of the most difficult phases in a training programme. It is, of course, prior to the training itself. Its objective is to identify the capacities and the level of performance to be reached after the training process. First of all the capacities to be reached are defined, which is necessary to analyse in order to know the training needs. Then, the methods of the analysis used in the 70's and 80's are compared. Finally it is explained, how an efficient analysis of training needs can be made. |
