| Abstract: | New technology is changing the face of education and training, and HR practitioners are not exempt. Paul Langley and Christine Porter report on how one personnel management course is using the latest computer-based materials to teach students about how HR relates to other functions and the organisation as a whole. Until now, the dominant technology in personnel teaching has been interactive video. It is well discussed in the present paper. |
