| Abstract: | An innovative way to balance research and teaching is shared teaching, also known as team teaching. It benefits students by providing the perspective of two or more professors in one class. This kind of approach benefits also professors by giving them more concentrated time for their research. Advantages and challenges for both faculty and students an viable option for reallocationg resources is reviewed of the literature on the topic and examinations of two distinct shared teaching models. |
