Abstract: | Education measurement and evaluation is a difficult activity, which implies a close relationship between all training partners: learners, instructors, education managers and line management. It actually starts with the design phase of a course or a curriculum and may use different tools. Well used, the collected data will lead to actual, validated positions towards course revision and will identify new training needs. If the evaluation findings and recommendations are reported as agreed at the outset, the effectiveness of education will increase. |
