Abstract: | Industry incumbents today have two options: they can surrender the future to revolutionary companies or they can revolutionize the way their companies create strategy. The author argues that any strategy that does not challenge the status quo is not a strategy at all. To create truly revolutionary strategies, a strategy making process must be demanding and inclusive, it must ferret out corporate orthodoxies an uncover the revolutionary ideas that are gestating deep in an organization. |
