| Abstract: | This article uses an employer interview approach to gain a better understanding about the skills required of employees working in tourism industry in Wales. Also the authors discuss issues concerning the labor market and its relation to skills, training and competitiveness in this multiform sector. Particular attention is paid on motivation, attitude and professionalism aspects, because all these factors influence the overall service quality. |
