| Abstract: | Employment managers need good data to show the volume and effectiveness of the activity in their offices. Whether it is for the chief executive officer (CEO) or a department head experiencing numerous job openings, the manager must be prepared with results-oriented reports that show how the activity compares to previous periods, to comparable statistics in the industry or to project goals. Data elements typically involved in evaluating the operation of an employment office must be understood in terms of the data tables and charts. |
