| Abstract: | Many professionals today are pondering on the question whether the problems of the Western Europe are cyclical or structural. At this point one must remember that the origins of the EC lay in an attempt to build hopes of better governance for Europe through an integration process. In the history, there has been many competing perspectives on the political reform of the EC. The article discusses the apparent and real problems for the European integration. |
