| Abstract: | The transfer of economic structure results the earlier escalation of the industrial structure. Because of the rapid expansion of industry and service industry moves large number of labour power from countryside to cities, which lashes at the employment markets. The population in countryside moving to cities excessively is a burden to cities. In addition, the irregular exchange behavior appears more easily. The major aspects are the unfair competition and the appearance of the ABSTRACT products of inferior quality. |
