| Abstract: | Township enterprises have changed the structure of rural and township industry , to which make township's gross national product has increased 6 times for 10 years, to increase employment of rural surplus labour force; to expand the contraction of relationship of rural area and speed up the reform of rural ownership structure. Township industry promotes the form of rural area economic system as the center of small cities and towns, and advance organic whole of town and country, which is good for changing traditional management system and enhance the quality of the peasants. |
