| Abstract: | The real estate development is helpful to the industrial structure change, because it can assimilate a large number of the agricultural labor force which is increased year by year. By the year 2000 , there'll have been 6 million people employed at the real estate industry. The real estate development has supplied a bread market for the adoption and diffusion of the high and new technology which has consequently provided help for the technological frame change. |
