| Abstract: | For making up investment and circulation system suitable to socialism market economic development and national income structural change, it must fit to basic demands as follow in polical plan and arrangement: to narrow the government investment and circulation areas, widen private investment and circulation areas and channels, enforce basic roles of corporations as main investment bodies and market system adjusting investment and circulation actions, make up effective restriction system and maco-control system, build up and improve modern bank system and active promote capital market development. |
