| Abstract: | As the legislative background of Law on Foreign-Funded Enterprises is different from that of Company Law, the special emphasis which is laid on the problems to be solved is different too. Therefore , their provisions on registered capital are not identical in many aspects. This paper explores 6 legal issues including the two systems for registered capital, a ratio between registered capital and the total investment, the lowest limited volume and formation of registered capital, the transfer of the capital provided by stock holders and the registered capital guarantees. |
