| Abstract: | The monopoly in China's current-stage economy is and administrative one of markets. Studies of monopoly and formulation of China's antimonopoly laws are of great importance. It's necessary to properly handle the relations between anti-monopoly and development of scale economy, and ensure the ongoing development and strengthening of enterprises under the condition fair competition by formulating and implementing anti-monopoly laws. The relations between anti-monopoly and implementation of industrial policies should be dealt with in a right way. |
