But many employers are still confused about the role of testing and their wider drugs control policies, according to Michael Turner. Clare Short, a prominent member of the Labour front bench, may have been criticized sharply for daring to start a debate about the legalization of cannabis, but the law - and public opinion - is far from immutable on the subject of drugs. |
