| Abstract: | The value orientation decides the physiognomy of rural development. For all the developing countries, they can nut change their social structures thoroughly and realize the development of the whole society without the rural development in their countries. After the 1970s, thanks to the reform of rural system, the rural social life has changed greatly. There appear the development trends of agricultural modernization, rural urbanization, integration of urban and rural areas and the modernization of peasants' life. It indicates that China's values on the rural development have reached a new height in history. With the rural economic development, the train of thought on the rural development should be adjusted, that is, more stresses should be put on "culture and value" instead of "materials and technology" in realization modernization in China. |
