| Abstract: | It has been many years to give efforts to develop the rural large markets but has the poor effects. The real income controlled of the farmers are lower than that of the urban citizens with the same income level, additional, too ole electrical net and a higher price and no tap water in rural restricted largely the rural demands of colour TV sets, ice-boxes and clean-machines. The government should launch a new rural movement with the core of tap water and electrification and road-nets in rural with the financial strength to accelerate constructions of the rural infrastructure. |
