Abstract:The Measure Network is a complete, highly systematic, and easy-to-use performance measurement system that redefines state-of-the-art performance measurement thinking. The Network focuses managers at all levels on value creation by identifying the elements of value delivered to all stakeholders. The Measure Network shows managers, specifically, how they contribute to value creation by linking the performance attributes of their processes to the stakeholder value propositions they can affect. Measuring performance is a management process that must be designed, managed, and continuously improved.
