| Abstract: | The study of knowledge management has grown quickly since the 90s. Tourism has been slow in adopting this approach due to lack of gearing between tourism and researchers and hostile knowledge adoption environment. This study confirm that this field is a late adopter of knowledge management and it provides a model for tourism. |
