| Abstract: | This paper discusses the theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ) and its instrument called function analysis, which can be used to conduct problem analysis. Two main questions arise from the application of function analysis as a tool for teams: (i) Should function analysis be used with the help of an external moderator? and: (ii) Should it be applied with currently available special software? |
