| Abstract: | Using a review of the reported theoretical advances confirmed by empirical works from published management practice, it is found that innovation is an outcome of organization's intentional and designed effort. The findings for enhancing creativity and innovation are synthesized by developing three antecedents positively influencing innovation: 1. the gathered knowledge, 2. the presence of a knowledge-supporting culture, and 3. the accumulation of social capital. There is also provided a summary of transferable management practices. |
