Abstract:This study examines student perception of protagonist behaviour in three case vignettes: 1. demographic group includes professionally employed MBA students showing characteristics of Generation X, 2. cohort consists of Generation Y business undergraduates. There appears differences btw. these groups. Generation Xers show themselves to be subtle pragmatists with the focus on self rather than society. However, the younger 2. cohort may give short shrift to some seasoned tenets of corporate conduct, incl. organizational (herein as: org-al.) mission, org-al. politics, and org-al. loyalty.
