| Abstract: | The reasons of the periodic fluctuation of economy include economic development strategy in which the growth rate is made the main goal, shortcomings of the old system, imperfect functions of new system, low level of productive force, backward science and technology and short supply of resources. The methods of controlling periodic fluctuation are to change the economic development strategy, to define a moderate growth rate and a rational economic structure, to practice all-around economic reform, to improve the development of productive force, to control the population growth and to alleviate the shortage of resources. |
