| Abstract: | Presently, problems in Hebei's economic operation feature narrow investment scale, slow development, difficult management for some enterprises due to the money problems and a big increase of price. The author pushes forward the following measures to solve all those problems. First, we should keep the rising extend and scope of investment within a reasonable scale. Second, take flexible inventory of capitals. Last consolidate further the position of agriculture as a foundation. |
