| Abstract: | Of all the R & D projects in the world, the successful ones in all respects of technology, development and marketing only take 13 percent. Most unsuccessful projects are terminated at an early stage in developed countries, but in China the situation is quite different. in order to improve the work, not only the scientific laws and regulations should be formulated, but also the theoretical and methodical research should be conducted. In the paper the criteria system is introduced in brief, while the project schedule & cost analysis, plans comparison, cost & profit evaluation and benefit or loss distinguishing approaches are probed in detail, and some quantitative conditions of project break-off according to the analytical results are also discussed. |
