| Abstract: | The comprehensive national strength (CNS) includes material, spiritual and structural elements. They are listed in detail as follows: population, geography , natural resources, economic strength, military strength, structural elements for sci-tech level, national spirit, and the organization and administration of the government. The system of CNS indicators comprises material elements, structural and coordination indicators. An index technique, called as "XPCNPI" is used as the measurement of CNS indicators. |
