| Abstract: | New characteristics of citizen's financial capital have appeared after the beginning of opening and reform: the quantity of total financial capital increase sharply, the structure of financial capital changes for the only deposit to many other patterns and layout difference of financial capital becomes great. A diversified saving mechanism in which deposit takes the dominant position will collect more capital for construction and is favorable to rational allocation of capital. |
