| Abstract: | At the present time, the proportion of the tertiary industry is small, the agriculture production is weak, the development of basic industry is much more slow than that of the manufacturing industry, the growth rate of energy, transportation and communication keeps low, the technology level is backward. All above curb the development of the whole national economy. The problem of irrational product structure is still not solved. The adjustment of product structure will be a stubborn work. |
