Abstract:The necessary and full conditions for lowering the cost of labor and jeopardize the rights and interests of labor are the nature of employers who sedulously strive for maximum of profits and the absolute monopolized power of buyers, possessed by employers on labor market. Lacking the protection of trade unions and imperfect laws provide "loose environment for employers' depriving wantonly labor rights and interests. Only by establishing labor organizations to constrain employers' monopolized power of buyers and laws concerning the protection of labor and inspiring the initiative of government and labor in investigating and prosecuting, and filing lawsuit, can the phenomena of jeopardizing the rights of labor market embark on the correct track.
