| Abstract: | The profound factors that cause the supposition of China's economic growth rate lie in its specific economic system and the corresponding administrative system. The supposition of the economic growth rate will surely have some influence on the national economic movement process. Logically speaking, the supposition of the economic growth will undoubtedly result in a deteriorated economic fluctuation which may cause big ups and downs in the economic development. The main initiating factor is that the state-owned enterprises are still not the real independent profitable entities. |
