| Abstract: | The impetus mechanisms for the development in special economic zones involves three relations--the dialectical unity of policy support and internal great efforts, the mutual promotion of expanding opening up and system innovation, and mutual coordination between the improvement of economic quality and that of subject's quality. The three impetus mechanisms are the coordination mechanism of internal cause aid external cause, the coordination mechanism of system and environment and the coordination mechanism of objective and subjective. The three mechanisms are interrelated and intersected, on one hand and they influence and restrict each other on the other hand. The coupling of the three forms the source of driving force. Only by handling well the three relations coordinating well the 3 mechanisms can the powerful driving force be formed. |
