| Abstract: | Between January and August of 1996, prices of retail sales of commodities rose 6.8 percent from the same period of last year, 3.08 percent due to the hysteria effect of last year. Rise of chain prices averaged 6 percent. It is predicted that rise of price will average 6 percent from September to December as against the same period of last year, prices of retail sales of commodities will rise about 7.6 percent, hysteria effect on 1997 will make up some 2 percent, prices of residents' consumption will rise by 8.3 percent on average over the same period of 1995. and by about 9 percent the whole year, and that the hysteria effect on 1997 will slightly exceed that of the index of retail sale prices. |
