| Abstract: | The new round of economic boom cycle will lay more stress on enhancing the overall economic quality and raising the quality and efficiency of economic operation. The whole cycle will present a trend of moderately expanding and shrinking without too high wave crest and too low through. The proper growth of investment finds expression in its guiding function to the adjustment of economic structure. Basic industry, new and high-tech industry and the tertiary industry will become the pillar industries which will speed up their development in the new round of cycle.
