On the premise of no serious natural calamities, the agricultural production will continue to keep a stable growth. 2. The industrial growth rate will no longer fall again but its economic returns will be still low. 3. Although the situation of banking sector is more optimistic, there still exist many problems. 4. The financial situation will be turning better, but its reform task is arduous. 5. The situation of attracting foreign investment is still better. 6. Foreign trade will move out of the all-time low period. 7. The domestic commodity market will continue to operate smoothly. |
