China's Ninth five-year Plan and the long-term target through the year 2010 also open up vast range of prospects for Sino-Russian economic and trade co-operation. In terms of Sino-American trade structure, the products that China exports to America are basically labour-intensive ones which America has produced no more while the products that America exports to China are mainly tech and capital-intensive ones.
