| Abstract: | From the surface of reform situation, we see that reforms in every aspect are all proceeding in an orderly way and step by step. However, from the level of depth, we would find that there is a long way to go before the reforms reach the expected targets as far as the contradictions appearing in social life and acute degree of collision of new and old systems are concerned. The measures to be taken in recent years are to carry out the reform of state-owned enterprises and the necessary reforms, the reforms of financial system and taxation as well as the reforms in the construction of market system, the cultivation and development of real estate market. |
