| Abstract: | The following are resposible for the declining economic growth rate: New growth points can not catch up timely after a bactch of old growth points become mature. There are many system and policy barriers hindering the formation of new urban consumption and investment hot spots. Slow growth in peasants' income can not give scope to the potential of market. In view of the above, the key task at present and during the coming period of time is to eliminate the "gap in the course of structural transformation" on the premise of structural adjustment. At the same time, close attention should be paid to some policy key points to promote the shift of mode of consumption. In addition, financial innovation, the development of social security system and the process of urbanization should be sped up. |
