| Abstract: | It's really existed too much competitive power led to undue competition, which lead to the loses of economic efficiency and economic welfare. The most China's industries have undue competition because of system. It's irrational for the government restricting potential competitor coming in under the condition of undue competition. The government should strict distinguish whether exist undue competition from whether should restrict competition in order to find political way to eliminate the guidance reason of undue competition. |
