| Abstract: | The paper tries to comprehensive analyze the sample areas with a new kind of synthetic way. The sample shows the comparison development difference of the poor minority region is not only narrow but also further widen. It also indicates decline tendency of support funds bound, means later supporting the poor will more depend on fund investment. |
