| Abstract: | The article demonstrates that current controls over the use of genetic test results in insurance are not grounded in any sound theoretical basis. This is established by detailing the existing controls over discriminatory underwriting practices in English law, and comparing them with recent proposals for the extension of such controls to genetic test results. |
