| Abstract: | Because of the intensifying market competition, change in people's concept of consumption and the campaign of opposing corruption and advocating being honest and clean, there appears the sliding-down phenomena in the catering business of tourist hotels. In view of this, this paper raises such tastics of business as facing society and the masses, establishing the mode of compound business, digging many channels for business and attaching importance to the social benefits of catering business. |
