| Abstract: | This survey of the tourism and hospitality industry was conducted by Tourism Training Victoria in 1997, with a questionnaire sent to over 2600 small industry operators identified by a range of industry associations from all sectors. Sectors of accommodation, restaurants, licended clubs, tourism operators, attractions and visitor services were targeted. |
