Abstract: | When the event organizer fails in using all of the reservated sleeping rooms or or meets not the food and beverage minimums, attrition (hereafter as: attr.) provisions to the hotel must be paid. This article focuses on current attr. practises such as contracts containing attr. clauses, the size of attr. bills, and the consequences of billing. The article provides suggestions for hotel sales managers to develop attr. strategies. |
