| Abstract: | The objective of this paper is to examine the factors involved in the existence of hard-to-fill vacancies and external skills shortages in the hospitality sector in Andalusia. Findings show that there are several factors affecting the conditions of local labour markets that have effect on the probability of having hard-to-fill vacancies and skill shortages. |
