| Abstract: | Article reviews the actons of labor union organizations in the hotel industry. In summer 2006 many hotels were in danger of facing conflict situation with their workers due to the expiring of union contracts in several markets. UNITE HERE, which represents hotel employees managed to negotiate a moderate extension of labor union organizing via neutrality agreement in order to avoid the turbulence amongst labour. |
